Common use of Responsibility of the Company Clause in Contracts

Responsibility of the Company. 8.1.1. In case of violation by the Company of terms hereunder due to circumstances the Company is responsible for which resulted in actual damage to the Client, the Client has the right to claim indemnification of actual damage. 8.1.2. The Company does not recompense short-received profit of the Client including the cases, when the Client had an intention to perform some action but did not perform it due to some reason. The Company does not indemnify any indirect losses and moral damage.
