Common use of Responsibility of the Contractor Clause in Contracts

Responsibility of the Contractor. The Contractor shall be responsible for the professional quality, technical accuracy, and the coordination of all materials produced and other services furnished by the Contractor under this Agreement. The Contractor shall, without additional compensation, correct, or revise any errors or deficiencies in the Work as defined in Exhibit A (Scope of Work) or services provided, which are discovered within a twelve-month period of final completion of Work.
