Responsibility to the District. The UNION, recognizing its professional responsibilities, agrees to use its influence to encourage all employees and the employees agree to perform efficient work and service, to utilize their time and all equipment furnished by the District to the best of their ability, to protect the District’s property and interests, and to cooperate with the BOARD and the employees in all departments in promoting the welfare of the District and improving its service.
