RESPONSIBLE FOR OTHERS. The Lessee shall be responsible and liable for the use of the Leased Premises by any and all residents thereof, including without limitation Lessee’s family, friends, or visitors, or anyone else using the Leased Premises with Xxxxxx’s consent. The Lessee shall make them aware of the requirements of this Lease, and shall have them abide by its provisions.
RESPONSIBLE FOR OTHERS. Homeowner shall be responsible for the use of the Leased Premises by all residents and their families, friends and visitors and anyone else using the Leased Premises with their consent and shall make all such people aware of the spirit, intent and appropriate terms of this Lease.
