Responsive Steps. If a Party shall rely on the occurrence of a Force Majeure Event as a basis for being excused from performance of its obligations under this Agreement, then the Party relying on such occurrence shall (i) provide prompt oral and written notice of such Force Majeure Event to the other Party giving an estimate of its expected duration and the probable impact on the performance of its obligations hereunder and submitting reasonably satisfactory evidence of the existence of a Force Majeure Event, (ii) exercise its reasonable best efforts to continue to perform its obligations under this Agreement, (iii) exercise its reasonable best efforts to reasonably and expeditiously take action to correct or cure the Force Majeure Event (provided, however, that settlement of strikes or any other labor disturbance will be completely within the sole discretion of the Party affected by such strike or labor dispute), (iv) exercise its reasonable best efforts to mitigate or limit damages to the other Party and (v) provide prompt oral and written notice to the other Party of the cessation of the Force Majeure Event.
