Rest Period after Call Out. Where an Employee is required to work between 12.00am (midnight) and 5.00am on a weekday (Monday to Friday) the Employee shall be provided a rest period for the actual time worked during that period, under the following condition: ▪ The rest period shall begin at the ordinary start time that same day (ie Employee who normally starts work at 7.30am and, gets called out from 1.30am until 4.00am, is entitled to a rest period (without loss of pay) from 7.30am until 10.00am).

If no such rest period is afforded, then the Employee shall be provided a rest period paid at double rates until the Employee is released from duty for the actual time worked during that period, under the following condition: ▪ The rest period shall begin at the ordinary start time that same day (ie Employee who normally starts work at 7.30am and, gets called out from 1.30am until 4.00am, is entitled to a rest period (without loss of pay) from 7.30am until 10.00am)ten consecutive hours.
