Common use of Rest Period after Call Out Clause in Contracts

Rest Period after Call Out. Where an Employee is required to work between 12:00am (midnight) and 5:00am on a Monday morning the Employee shall have a rest period of at least 10 consecutive hours before the commencement of ordinary work. If no such rest period is afforded, then the Employee shall be paid at double rates until the Employee is released from duty for ten consecutive hours.
