Restaurant Charges. Xxxxxx Xxx Ltd is entitled to charge the Restaurant the Restaurant charges set forth in Part 1 of this agreement, compromising; 5.1.1.1. A commission at the rate set forth in Part 1 on the total Gross Order Value of each Order calculated in accordance with clause 5.2 placed by a customer using the Service (plus applicable taxes) and 5.1.1.2. An administrative charge in the amount set forth in Part 1 for each order that is paid for online (plus applicable taxes).
