Common use of Restoration After Investigations Clause in Contracts

Restoration After Investigations. Purchaser agrees, at its sole expense, to cause the Real Property and the Personal Property to be restored to substantially the same condition it was in prior to such entry. In addition, Purchaser agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Seller, its successors and assigns harmless for, from and against and to reimburse Seller with respect to all claims for bodily injury, personal injury or property damage, as well as any professional services lien, which may be asserted by reason of the activities of Purchaser or its agents or designees during the Investigations. The foregoing indemnity shall survive the Closing and/or any termination of this Agreement and shall not operate as, or be deemed to be, an indemnification against any claim arising as a result of any condition or matter discovered as a result of the Investigations.
