In the event that Partner processing results in a NASA mishap, Partner agrees to comply with XXX 0000.0, NASA Procedural Requirements for Mishap and Close Call Reporting, Investigating, and Recordkeeping, and NASA KSC safety policies, as appropriate.

In the case of activities which might result in the death of or serious injury to persons, or substantial loss of or damage to property as a result of activities under this Agreement, the Parties agree to establish a process for investigating each such mishap.

  • Grievance Investigations Where an employee has asked or is obliged to be represented by the Institute in relation to the presentation of a grievance and an employee acting on behalf of the Institute wishes to discuss the grievance with that employee, the employee and the representative of the employee will, where operational requirements permit, be given reasonable leave with pay for this purpose when the discussion takes place in the headquarters area of such employee and leave without pay when it takes place outside the headquarters area of such employee.
