Common use of Restoration of Subscriber Premises Clause in Contracts

The Franchisee shall ensure that the Subscriber’s premises are promptly restored to at least their pre-existing condition if damaged by the Franchisee’s employees or agents in any respect in connection with the installation, repair, or disconnection of Cable Service.
