Restoration of the Company-Owned Site. After Agreement Termination and removal of Seller’s Improvements by Seller or by Company, as the case may be, Seller shall, at its sole cost and expense, restore the Company-Owned Site to its condition prior to Seller’s Construction. Restoration pursuant to this Section shall be completed within 90 Days of Agreement Termination, or as otherwise agreed to by both Parties in writing.
