Restoration of the Company’s service during Emergencies. Notwithstanding Section 3.1, in the event of an Emergency, the Company shall be permitted to perform such remedial Work as is reasonably necessary to restore its services without complying with Section 3.1; provided that such Work does not unduly disrupt any Municipal service or activity and provided that the Company does comply with Section 3.1 within five (5) business days of completing the Work.
