Restoration of the Company’s service during Emergencies. Notwithstanding Section 3.1, in the event of an Emergency, the Company shall be permitted, provided that the Company gives notice to the Municipality as soon as reasonably practicable, to perform such remedial Work as is reasonably necessary to restore its services without complying with Section 3.1; provided that the Company does comply with Section 3.1 within five (5) business days of completing the Work.
