Common use of Restricted Business Clause in Contracts

Restricted Business. The Customer represents and warrants that it: (a) does not own, operate, control or receive revenue from an Internet or online gambling business or operation; and (b) is not owned or controlled directly or indirectly by an entity mentioned in (a) above, and is not engaged in or associated with an improper, illegal or unlawful activity, or any business otherwise determined to be a restricted business and will not use the Account for any such purpose.
