Restricted Information. Subject to clause 9.8, all information provided to the Company by Members, by the Company to Members or between Members in connection with the activities of the Company shall be treated as Restricted Information unless otherwise specified to be In Confidence Information or Open Information by the provider of such information. The confidentiality terms of this Agreement shall not apply in relation to any information sourced directly from third parties lawfully in possession of such information and who are not restricted from disclosing it.
