RESTRICTED SERVICE READINESS CERTIFICATE. 24.1 Notice When the Company is of the opinion that it has achieved the Restricted Services Readiness Criteria it shall give notice to that effect to the Scottish Ministers accompanied by a completed and signed Restricted Services Readiness Certificate.
24.2 Review Following issue of such notice the Company shall give the Scottish Ministers such reasonable opportunities as the Scottish Ministers may require to confirm the validity of the notice.
