Common use of Restricted to Territory Clause in Contracts

Restricted to Territory. The Content Protection System shall take affirmative, reasonable measures to restrict access to Licensor’s content to within the territory in which the content has been licensed. Licensor affirms that Licensee’s policy requiring subscribers to be located within the Territory and Licensee’s use of satellites with transmit beams designed to minimize signal spillover outside of the Territory is in compliance with this Section 11.
