Restriction on Assignability. This Agreement shall not be assigned by BANK without the prior written consent of FNB, which consent may be not given or withheld in FNB's sole discretion.
Restriction on Assignability. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the heirs and successors thereto. The right to assign this Agreement is restricted and it shall not be assigned to parties not listed in this Agreement.
