Restriction on Change of Obligor Location. The Obligor shall not permit its chief executive or registered office to be located out of the province of Alberta (the “Specified Location”), or do anything else to cause the Obligor to be located out of the Specified Location for the purpose of any Personal Property Security Act or other applicable law, without providing the Credit Union with 30 days advance written notice and promptly taking other steps, if any, as the Credit Union requests to ensure that the position of the Credit Union is not adversely affected by the change of location.
