Common use of Restriction on children Clause in Contracts

Restriction on children. Without prejudice to the other provisions of this Deed, no Owner shall allow children to play in the Common Areas and Facilities which are not Recreational Facilities particularly lifts and any damage to or discolouration to decorations in such areas or lifts (if any) by children shall be paid for by the Owner or occupier of the Unit in which the child or children concerned reside.
