Restriction on Disbursements. ARPA funds shall not be disbursed to Subrecipient except pursuant to the conditions of this Agreement. Disbursements may be suspended or terminated under this Agreement upon refusal to accept any additional conditions that may be imposed by the City at any time or if the ARPA funds granted to the City of Wichita are suspended or terminated.
