Common use of Restriction on Disbursements Clause in Contracts

Restriction on Disbursements. No money under this Agreement and the Grant shall be disbursed by the Subrecipient to any vendor, contractor or subrecipient except pursuant to a written contract which incorporates the applicable requirements of this Agreement, the Grant, the Grant Agreement and IEDC regulations and unless the contractor is in compliance with IEDC requirements for applicable accounting and fiscal matters. Subrecipient will not approve the disbursement of Grant funds until all documentary materials required by the Grant have been received and approved by the IEDC.
