RESTRICTION ON EMPLOYEE SOLICITATION. During the Employment Term and for a two-year period following the Employment Term, Executive shall not employ or attempt to employ or assist anyone else to employ any person who is at such time, or at any time during the preceding year was, an employee of or consultant to the Company, provided that this clause shall not restrict Executive from employing a third party vendor who supplies generic services to the industry. As used in this section 8, the verb "employ" shall include its variations, for example, retain, engage or conduct business with; the term the "Company" shall include subsidiaries or affiliates, if any, of the Company.
