Restriction on Enforcement: Hedge Counterparties. Subject to Clause 5.9 (Permitted Enforcement: Hedge Counterparties) and Clause 5.10 (Required Enforcement: Hedge Counterparties) and without prejudice to each Hedge Counterparty’s rights under Clauses 15.3 (Enforcement Instructions) and 15.5 (Manner of Enforcement), the Hedge Counterparties shall not take any Enforcement Action in respect of any of the Hedging Liabilities or any of the hedging transactions under any of the Hedging Agreements at any time.
