Restriction on enforcement: Intra-Group Lenders. Subject to Clause 8.7 (Permitted Enforcement: Intra-Group Lenders), none of the Intra-Group Lenders shall be entitled to take any Enforcement Action in respect of any of the Intra-Group Liabilities at any time prior to the Final Discharge Date unless otherwise directed by the Intercreditor Agent or the Common Security Agent pursuant to Clause 15.6 (Exercise of voting rights) or 18 (Further assurance – disposals and releases), save in the case of making any demand for any payment, set off, account combination or payment netting that would be a Permitted Payment.
