There are no unwaived restrictions on the transferability of the Memberships of Sierra Norte Memberships being transferred to PocketSpec imposed by or pursuant to Sierra Norte's corporate documents or by any other agreements to which Members or Sierra Norte are a party, except for restrictions imposed by or on account of federal and state securities laws.
RESTRICTION ON FUTURE TRANSFER. There are no restrictions on the transferability of the shares of RJL common stock being transferred to Guardian imposed by or pursuant to the company's Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws or by any other agreements to which Shareholders or RJL are a party, except for restrictions imposed by or on account of federal and state securities laws.
RESTRICTION ON FUTURE TRANSFER. There are no restrictions on the transferability of the shares of BlueStream common stock being transferred to XML Sub imposed by or pursuant to the company's Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws or by any other agreements to which Tivy or BlueStream is a party, except for restrictions imposed by or on account of federal and state securities laws.
RESTRICTION ON FUTURE TRANSFER. There are no restrictions on the transferability of the L&L Shares being transferred to Buyer imposed by or pursuant to L&L's Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws or by any other agreements to which such Shareholder is a party, except for restrictions imposed by or on account of federal and state securities laws.
RESTRICTION ON FUTURE TRANSFER. There are no restrictions on the transferability of the Fish Shares being transferred to Buyer imposed by or pursuant to Fish's Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws or by any other agreements to which such Shareholder is a party, except for restrictions imposed by or on account of federal and state securities laws.
RESTRICTION ON FUTURE TRANSFER. There are no restrictions on the transferability of the shares of Scarab common stock being transferred to xXX imposed by or pursuant to the company's Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws or by any other agreements to which Shareholders or Scarab are a party, except for restrictions imposed by or on account of federal and state securities laws.
RESTRICTION ON FUTURE TRANSFER. There are no restrictions on the transferability of the shares of XML common stock being transferred to ICF imposed by or pursuant to the company's Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws or by any other agreements to which Shareholders or XML are a party, except for restrictions imposed by or on account of federal and state securities laws.
RESTRICTION ON FUTURE TRANSFER. There are no restrictions on the transferability of the shares of ABS common stock being transferred to GAI imposed by or pursuant to the company's Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws or by any other agreements to which Shareholders or ABS are a party, except for restrictions imposed by or on account of federal and state securities laws.
RESTRICTION ON FUTURE TRANSFER. There are no restrictions on the transferability of the shares of Palo Verde common stock being transferred to Guardian imposed by or pursuant to the company's Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws or by any other agreements to which Redwood or Palo Verde are a party, except for restrictions imposed by or on account of federal and state securities laws.
RESTRICTION ON FUTURE TRANSFER. There are no restrictions on the transferability of the shares of Arrogene common stock being transferred to SRKP imposed by or pursuant to Arrogene’s Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws or by any other agreements to which Arrogene Shareholders or Arrogene are a party, except for restrictions imposed by or on account of federal and state securities laws.
