Common use of RESTRICTION ON OUTSIDE EMPLOYMENT Clause in Contracts

RESTRICTION ON OUTSIDE EMPLOYMENT. 12.01 Unless otherwise specified by NAV CANADA as being in an area that could represent a conflict of interest, employees shall not be restricted in engaging in other employment outside the hours they are required to work for NAV CANADA. 12.02 Notwithstanding Article 12.01, it is expected that if full-time employees engage in part-time outside employment, NAV CANADA’s facilities or equipment will not be used to conduct such business.
