Restriction on Payment: Bondco Liabilities. Prior to the Final Discharge Date, neither the Parent nor any other Debtor shall, and the Parent shall procure that no other member of the Group will, make any Payment of Bondco Liabilities in respect of the principal amount of any Bondco Loan and no Bondco shall accept any such Payments unless that Payment is permitted under Clause 11.3 (Permitted Payments: Bondco Liabilities).
