Restriction on Payment: Subordinated Liabilities. Prior to the Final Discharge Date, neither the Parent nor any other Debtor shall, and the Parent shall procure that no other member of the Group will, make any Payment of the Subordinated Liabilities at any time unless: (a) that Payment is permitted under Clause 10.2 (Permitted Payments: Subordinated Liabilities); or (b) the taking or receipt of that Payment is permitted under Clause 10.8 (Permitted Enforcement: Subordinated Creditors).
