Notwithstanding the Plan and any other provision of the Agreement to the contrary, the Grantee will not be permitted to sell any Ordinary Shares acquired under the Plan unless and until the necessary approvals have been obtained from the SAFE and remain effective, as determined by the Company in its sole discretion.
