RESTRICTION ON USE OF MATERIALS. There shall be no limitation as to the amount of work an employee shall perform during the working day, nor shall there be any restriction of the use of machinery, tools or materials furnished by the Employer. Neither the Employer nor the Union intends to use or authorize the use of materials or methods injurious to any employee's health or safety, and nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to the contrary.
RESTRICTION ON USE OF MATERIALS. Licensee agrees that it will not incorporate Oncolytics’ Research Materials in any of its products or services and shall not utilize Oncolytics’ Research Materials in connection with the commercialization of any products in or outside the Territory other than the development and commercialization of the relevant Licensed Product in the Territory pursuant to this Agreement.
