Common use of Restrictions and Legends Clause in Contracts

Restrictions and Legends. The Committee may impose such restrictions on any Shares delivered pursuant to the Plan as it may deem advisable, including, but not limited to, restrictions on transfer or restrictions related to applicable federal securities laws, the requirements of any national securities exchange or system upon which Shares are then listed or traded, or any blue sky or state securities laws.
