Restrictions Cumulative. The restrictions on transfer imposed by this Section 5 on any Securityholder shall be in addition to, and not in lieu of, the restrictions on transfer imposed by Sections 2, 3, 4, 6, 7 and 8 of this Agreement to the extent the same are otherwise applicable to such Securityholder.
