Restrictions on Account Services. Client understands that Betterment Securities may place trading, disbursement, Service, or other restrictions on the Account for reasons including court order, tax levy, or garnishment, request of a government agency or law enforcement authority, or in the event of a dispute between joint Account Holders. Client understands that Betterment Securities may be required to liquidate or close out securities and/or other property in the Account to satisfy any such court order, garnishment, tax levy, or other legal obligation. Betterment Securities will not be held liable for any Losses that arise out of or relate to any such transaction and Client agrees to indemnify and hold Betterment Securities and its affiliates harmless from and against any Losses they may incur in taking such actions.
