Restrictions on assignment and charges. 18.1.1 Subject to Clauses 18.2 and 18.3, this Agreement shall not be assigned by the Aggregator to any person, save and except with the prior consent in writing of the Utility, which consent the Utility shall be entitled to decline without assigning any reason.
