Restrictions on Certain Disclosures. If an individual who is the subject of LIBERTY PHI has requested a disclosure restriction under 45 CFR § 164.522(a)(1)(i)(A), notwithstanding 45 CFR § 164.522(a)(1)(ii), Business Associate shall comply with any such requested disclosure restriction, as conveyed to Business Associate by LIBERTY, except as otherwise required by law.
