Restrictions on Competition During Employment. Executive agrees that during Executive’s employment with Company Executive will not, directly or indirectly, have any ownership interest, work for advise, or have any business relationship with any person or entity that competes with Company, or that is planning to compete with Company, without the prior written approval of a manager who is at least at the Vice President level. While employed by Company, Executive will not use any unfair business practices to establish a competing business or undertake any actions to impair Company’s relationship with its existing customers and business.
