Common use of RESTRICTIONS ON DEALINGS Clause in Contracts

RESTRICTIONS ON DEALINGS. No Chargor may: (a) create or permit to subsist any Security Interest on any Security Asset; or (b) sell, transfer, licence, lease or otherwise dispose of any Security Asset, except as expressly allowed under the Credit Agreement.

No Chargor mayshall: (ai) create or permit to subsist any Security Interest of whatsoever nature on any Security AssetAsset other than a Permitted Security Interest or as created by this Deed; or (bii) sell, transfer, licencegrant, lease or otherwise dispose of any Security Asset, except for the disposal in the ordinary course of trade of any Security Asset subject to the floating charge created by Clause 3.1 and except as expressly allowed provided for under the Credit AgreementFinance Documents.
