The Company will not be obligated to effect any Demand Registration within six (6) months after the effective date of a previous registration in which the Holders of Registrable Securities were given piggyback rights pursuant to Section 5.3 other than a registration of Registrable Securities intended to be offered on a continuous or delayed basis under Rule 415 or any successor rule under the Securities Act.
