Minimum Number of Shares. This Option may be exercised in whole or in part, but cannot be exercised with respect to any fractional Shares.
Minimum Number of Shares. This Option shall be exercisable for at least 100 Common Shares (without regard to adjustments to the number of Common Shares subject to this Option pursuant to Article 10 of the Plan) or, if less, (i) the number of shares with respect to which this Option has become vested under Section 3(a) above, or (ii) all of the remaining Common Shares subject to this Option.

Shareholders constitute at least 67 % of the issued and outstanding common stock of Xxxx (exclusive of any shares issued to HomeLife under Section 1.4).
Minimum Number of Shares. Notwithstanding anything in Section 3 (Demand Registration) hereof to the contrary, the Company shall not be required to effectuate a Demand Registration of fewer than 100,000 Shares.
