Common use of Restrictions on District Clause in Contracts

Restrictions on District. The District agrees that it will not mortgage, sell, encumber, assign, transfer or convey the Project Site or any portion thereof during the term of this Site Lease in any way that would interfere with or diminish Developer’s interests indicated in this Site Lease.
