Restrictions on Easements, Covenants and Restrictions. The Borrower will not create or suffer to be created or to exist any easement, right of way, restriction, covenant, condition, license or other right in favor of any Person which affects or might affect title to the Project or the use and occupancy of the Project or any part thereof without (i) submit­ ting to the Lender and the proposed instru­ment creating such easement, right of way, covenant, condition, license or other right, accompanied by a survey showing the exact proposed location thereof and such other information as the Lender may reasonably request, and (ii) obtaining the prior approval of the Lender.
