Common use of Restrictions on Investments, Loan, etc Clause in Contracts

Restrictions on Investments, Loan, etc. Purchase or otherwise acquire or own any stock or other securities or Indebtedness of any other Person, or make or permit to be outstanding any loan or advance or capital contribution to any other Person, other than: (a) presently outstanding loans, advances and investments described in Schedules "H" and "I" attached hereto; (b) Indebtedness of customers for merchandise sold or services rendered in the ordinary course of business; (c) Indebtedness pursuant to Third Party Loans made in accordance with the policies listed in Schedule B; (d) investments in bills or bonds issued by the government of the United States of America and/or Certificates of Deposit issued by a bank having a net worth of at least Fifty Million Dollars ($50,000,000) and/or securities issued by and purchased from Lender; and
