Restrictions on Issuance and Transfer of Shares. Units acquired pursuant to the exercise of this Warrant which are not registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Act"), shall be subject to restrictions on transfer and as required by applicable state and/or federal securities laws. Any unregistered shares acquired by exercise of this Warrant shall bear a legend referring to the restrictions and limitations of this Section. The Company may impose stop transfer instructions to implement such restrictions and limitations.
