Restrictions on Land transfer. 6A.1 The Company: a)shall, within 28 days from the transfer to it of the Land, apply to the Land Registry for a restriction in the proprietorship register (under section 43(1)(a) of the Land Registration Act 2002 in Form N as prescribed by Rule 91 and Schedule 4 of the Land Registration Rules 2003) in the following terms: No disposition of the registered estate by the proprietor of the registered estate, or by the proprietor of any registered charge, not being a charge registered before the entry of this restriction is to be registered without a written consent signed by the Secretary of State for Education, of Sanctuary Buildings, Great Xxxxx Street, London SW1P 3BT
