Common use of Restrictions on Loans Clause in Contracts

Restrictions on Loans. After giving effect to the making of the requested Revolving Loan, the Borrowers shall be in compliance with the terms of Section 2.1(f). The delivery of each Notice of Borrowing shall constitute a representation and warranty by the Borrowers of the correctness of the matters specified in subsections (b), (c), (d) and (e) above.
