Licensee may make no change, alteration or modification to any Materials without the prior written approval of CSRE; neither shall it create any derivative works from the Materials. 2. Licensee may make the following changes to the PowerPoint® presentations included in the Materials: a. Cosmetic changes in the colors, fonts and backgrounds used in the slides; b. Functional changes in the way the slides and bullets transition; and c. The addition of local and regional examples.

Cosmetic changes in the colors, fonts and backgrounds used in the slides; b. Functional changes in the way the slides and bullets transition; and c. The addition of relevant and appropriate local and regional examples.
