Restrictions on Modifications and Customizations. 1. Except as set forth in this Section F of this Agreement, Licensee may make no change, alteration or modification to any VOMI Materials without the prior written approval of VOMI; neither shall it create any derivative works from VOMI Materials. 2. Licensee may, however, add local and regional examples to PowerPoint presentations, if any, included in VOMI Materials. 3. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary stated in this Agreement, you are not permitted to copy, reproduce, modify, republish, upload, download, post, sell, lease, license, rent, transfer or in any manner distribute or otherwise use or permit others to use any VOMI Materials or any copies thereof. You must not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any VOMI Materials.
