Restrictions on Printing. (a) In accordance with government printing and binding regulations, reproductions of reports, data, or other written materials intended for submission to HUD for government use, as required in the award, is authorized, provided the materials produced do not exceed 5,000 impressions of any page and that items consisting of multiple pages do not exceed 25,000 impressions in aggregate. The aggregate number of impressions is determined by multiplying pages by copies. An impression is one sheet, size 8 ½ by 11 inches or less printed on one side only and in one color. Each additional color counts as an additional impression.
