The policy or policies providing these coverages, with the exception of Workers' Compensation and Employer's Liability coverage, shall name SMUD, its directors, officers, representatives, agents, and employees as additional insureds as respects work performed pursuant to or incidental to this contract, and shall contain a cross liability provision.
