RESTRICTIONS ON RIGHT TO USE PRODUCTS. ‌ 2.1 No right to distribute, transfer, resell, assign or sublicense Except to the extent expressly permitted under sections 1.1 and 1.2 of this Agreement, the Licensee must not otherwise distribute, transfer, resell, assign, rent, lease or sublicense any Product or any of the Licensee’s rights under its License without Nearmap’s prior written consent. 2.2 No third party access Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, the Licensee must not make any Products and the License available in any medium or manner to any third party (including the Licensee’s subsidiaries and Affiliates). The Licensee is not permitted to share any assigned API key or Integration Method with any third party, including but not limited to any Customers.
